In 1998, the Pansare family established Ambar Forge Pvt. Ltd. in the MIDC Ambad industrial area of Nashik — a city already emerging as a key node in Maharashtra's manufacturing belt, equidistant between Mumbai and Pune.The founding vision was straightforward but demanding: build a forging company that could compete on quality, not just cost. One that invested in process discipline, skilled workforce, and long-term client partnerships rather than short-term volume.
